Laurie Ripper Kelly

With a love of architecture, landscape design, and outdoor adventures, Charlottesville, Virginia has been a perfect fit for Laurie and her family for over ten years.  They have a special appreciation for Charlottesville's mix of town and country, city sophistication and small town accessibility.

A graduate of UVA Law School, Laurie also attended UVA with a major in Cognitive Science and a minor in Studio Art. After passing the Virginia Bar, Laurie decided that real estate combined her love of architecture and helping people find their perfect home while giving her time to spend with her family.

Laurie is married to Blair Kelly, a local entrepreneur and polo player.  Living near Foxfield in Albemarle County, they have a full household with two sons, Carter and Jack, two dogs, a black lab named Winston and a Cavalier mix named Chloe, and two polo ponies, Mafazy and Cessna. 

As members of Farmington Country Club, Laurie is ready to assist you if would like to know more about country club living in Charlottesville.  And as owners of polo ponies, Laurie can also assist equestrian buyers. 

An adventurer at heart, Laurie is working towards her private pilot's license.  She loves running and biking Albemarle County's back roads and practicing yoga and Pilates.

Laurie holds the e-PRO designation for certified internet professionals who have successfully completed e-PRO training program also endorsed by NAR (National Association of Realtors).
